                   AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHATTANOOGA CITY CODE, 
                   PART II, CHAPTER 25, BY ADDING A NEW SECTION 
                   25-43, RELATIVE TO DISRUPTING A MEETING OR 
                   PROCESSION.
                   
                   
                                                     
                   
                   
       	    	 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE:
       	    	 SECTION 1.  That Chattanooga City Code, Part II, Chapter 
       25, be and is hereby amended so as to add a new Section 25-43 as 
       follows:
            Sec. 25-43.	   Disrupting a meeting or procession.
            
            	 It shall be unlawful for any person to 
            intentionally prevent or disrupt a lawful meeting, 
            procession, or gathering, if the person substantially 
            obstructs or interferes with the meeting, procession, or 
            gathering by physical action or verbal utterance. 
            
            
       	    	 SECTION 2.  That this ordinance shall be effective two 
       (2) weeks from and after its passage as provided by law.
